Do I need to visit Istanbul for a consultation first?
No. All pre-operative consultations are conducted online via video call or photo analysis. You only travel once — for your procedure day.
How quickly will Dr. Demir respond to my enquiry?
Every message is reviewed personally by Dr. Demir's team as soon as possible. You will receive a substantive response, not an automated reply.
Is the consultation truly free and non-committal?
Completely. The consultation exists so that Dr. Demir can give you an honest assessment. There is no fee and no obligation to proceed.
What should I send with my first message?
Photos from the top, front, and sides are most useful. Include any background on your hair loss history and what outcome you are hoping for.
Do you assist with travel and accommodation?
Yes. We work with a small number of trusted partners for accommodation near the clinic, and can advise on airport transfers and logistics in Istanbul.
Is it possible to speak with past patients?
With their consent, we can connect you with former patients who have agreed to speak openly about their experience at Pure Line.
