In accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), Pure Group Saglik Turizm LTD, operating as Pure Line Clinic, acting as the data controller, provides the following information to individuals who contact us for a medical consultation.

- Health tourism service providers, hotel, transfer and travel coordination partners
- Clinic automation, patient management and IT service providers

Some service providers or communication systems may be located outside Turkiye. International transfers are carried out only where legally permitted and with appropriate safeguards.

Explicit Consent for Processing of Health Data and Photographs — required under KVKK for the processing of sensitive personal data.
I confirm that I have read and understood the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Notice of Pure Line Clinic.
I hereby give my explicit consent for Pure Line Clinic to process, store and evaluate the personal data and sensitive personal data I voluntarily share, including my health information, medical history, photographs, videos and consultation details, for the purposes of:
- Responding to my consultation request
- Evaluating my suitability for hair transplantation or medical aesthetic procedures
- Planning diagnostic, treatment and risk assessment processes
- Managing international health tourism services
- Conducting patient relationship and follow-up processes
- Communicating with me through WhatsApp, email, telephone or other communication channels
- Storing my data in clinic automation, patient management and communication systems where necessary
I understand that my personal data may be shared with authorised clinic personnel, doctors, healthcare professionals, technical service providers, clinic automation providers, health tourism service partners and, where necessary, other service providers involved in the consultation, planning or service process.
I also understand that some service providers or communication systems may be located outside Turkiye, and I give my explicit consent to the transfer of my personal data abroad where necessary for the purposes stated above.
I understand that I may withdraw my explicit consent at any time by contacting Pure Line Clinic in writing.
