We chose a smaller,
more focused way to work.

Hair transplantation in Istanbul grew into one of the world's most competitive medical tourism industries. Volume became the ambition. Clinics expanded, patient lists grew — and somewhere along the way, the quality of individual outcomes quietly declined.

Dr. Mesut Demir watched that happen and chose a different path entirely. When Pure Line opened in 2018, the clinic's core policy was set from day one: one patient, one fixed clinical team, one uninterrupted day of focus.

That principle still shapes how we work today.

Dr. Mesut Demir did not set out to build the largest hair transplant clinic in Istanbul. He built Pure Line around a smaller, more focused way of working.

He leads the medical assessment, donor-conscious planning, hairline design, and supervision of every case. But Pure Line is not a solo-surgeon story. The standard is protected by the long-standing partnership between Dr. Demir, Co-Founder Canan Yaylacı, and the same fixed clinical team working under one consistent protocol.

For us, Esma is not simply part of the team. She is part of the clinic's memory. Her experience, discipline, and quiet sense of responsibility help keep Pure Line's standard steady from one case to the next.

Yunus Emre has been with Pure Line Clinic for nearly 4 years. He is part of the fixed clinical team and works closely in the procedure room, supporting the flow of the day with care, order, and attention.

His role is also about making sure the patient feels looked after. During a long procedure day, small details matter: comfort, timing, calm communication, and knowing that someone is paying attention before anything is even asked.

Yunus brings that kind of presence to the room. He helps the team stay organized, focused, and connected to the patient throughout the day.

Before moving into medical tourism, Selim spent several years in the hospitality industry, where his approach to service and human interaction was shaped. He graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in Economics and has been working with international patients since 2017.

Over time, he became one of the core members of the Pure Line team, staying closely involved in every step of the process. From the first message to the day of the procedure, he makes sure things are clear, organized, and handled with care.

He knows that most patients arrive with questions, hesitation, and uncertainty — and he takes that seriously. For him, people coming to Istanbul are not customers, but guests. And a guest is never left on their own.

Mert was born in Germany and speaks German at a native level. He studied German Translation and Interpreting at Istanbul University. He has been working in medical tourism since 2017, focusing mainly on German-speaking patients. Over time, he became a familiar and reliable contact for many of them.

Working in high-volume clinics gave him a clear understanding of how these systems operate, but also where they start to lose consistency. At Pure Line, he focuses on the German market and works directly with patients through the Regium platform, following the process from start to finish.

Many of the patients he speaks with are visiting Istanbul for the first time, often unsure about how things will go. He makes sure they feel informed, comfortable, and never left guessing. He stays involved from the first message to the follow-up after the procedure, making sure everything moves as it should.
